Company using similar name we have registered trademark what to do

Hello Sir, We are running a company from past 8yrs in the field of calibration of electronic equipements and now 3months before one of the customer have started a company with similar name which we have registered in trademark and request them to withdraw the same but they refused. please let us know what action to be taken against them.
File a suit before the court for not to use the same suit for permanent declaration and injuction restraining them from not to use your company name.thankyou get a order and you are also having power to lodge a case against that fellows..

I f you ave already registered the trade mark which you are using,then you are protected under the law and if the same mark is used by any one you can entitled to take legal action. on the contrary,If the other person useing the same mark with slight difference for different business, which is not related to calibration, then the other person my be shieled by that grounds.
