Hi, I purchased Chemical formula ebook online from publisher website. This ebook contains formula of making detergent powder, detergent liquid and many other products making formula with only Ingredient List with its percentage and making process, No other theory or description or literary expression, Ebook is just made by publisher by Compiling more than 350 products formula. nMy Question is, I purchased this formula ebook for $275 from publisher website and I copy this formulas from ebook and created my own ebook of formula and sell it to my customers. I just copy only formula like Ingredient list with its content and making process with little changes.Doing so it causes any Copyright Infringement. nI can do this, there will be no legal action or claim.All Formulas are Generic and No Unique Ingredients in it.Since I Purchased, I own the Formulations know ? And have Right to Sell without permission of publisher ? Formula or Recipe has Copyright ? formula are in public domain?
Well, I have to scrutinize the formulas which you are talking about. Without scrutinizing and legally assessing, I cannot figure out whether such formulas are either generic or unique. If they are generic, then you can sell your own book by copying such generic formulas.
