Brand name issue Instagram page and website name same

Last month I created an Instagram page named (Greenmachines.in) and then after two days I got a website (www.green-machines.ueniweb). Later after a week I received a call from a person claiming that he already had a page named (The green machines). When I checked everything was totally different between us. Our logos, our work and what I offered was different from him. Now please advise me on this.
hello client as i can read your issue is seems to be very much important for your brand name .in this regards you need to take urgent actions so tht opposie pary is nit able to be claim your business as well as other assets under IPR act in india its very important tht while using your brand name should not voilates any other brand name and services so you need to take urgent steps to save your brand name legally attached to you . instead of anybody else.
