Subscription issue in online learning platform

There is an online learning platform named Unacademy (https://unacademy.com/).
The educator of this learning platform told that the classes for a particular course will start from July 3rd 2020 and that the classes will be taught in English.
So, I subscribed for that online course worth Rs 18,000.
But after joining, i came to know that some 30 lessons of the course were already taken.
Moreover, all these courses were taught in Hindi (which i don'y know).
I contacted the customer support of Unacademy but i have not got any solution.
Can i file a case against them in Consumer Court in context of "False Promise" ?
