RC non transfer by Cars24 after 6 months

Dear sir, with all the due respect, I sold my car to cars24 in march' 26 and they gave me delivery note and taken original documents, key etc. They sold me a seller protection policy kavach that all issues till RC transfer they will take care. It seems now after following up with them now they are saying that their channel partner to whom they have sold is not sending any replies back to them and they (cars24) will send the matter to their legal team. Please advise next course of action?

Hello sir, Can you pls confirm if you have signed form 29 and 30 ? Did you get money from the dealer ? If there is an unreasonable delay, You can send a legal notice to cars24 for deficiency in service.
