Parcel Lost by delhivery courier service

This is regarding a parcel worth ₹47250 which i have booked with delhivery on 7th june 2020 in gandhinagar, Delhi and the parcel is lost in transit, after taking a follow up for an entire month and forcing the carrier to send me the parcel, the delhivery carrier has sent me a wrong parcel and when i raised this issue to the concerned person i was told that they will investigate the matter and get back to me and again they stopped responding me. They took a time of 3 months to investigate and finally told me that the parcel was booked on owners risk and they can't help me with a claim/refund. What am i supposed to do now? I have lost my money and that too because of @DELHIVERY mishandled my package. Who is supposed to give me my claim?

firstly you from which state and how many days happened this incident you have to send a legal notice and clame in counsumer court against that curiar company or related company if u have any receipts or bill you have to help taking action against them for any information or regarding further proceedings u have to consult in my office
