Online shopping not received delivery what legal action can I take ?

Brought shoes from new start up Online shopping website, but it has been 1 month not received the delivery yet and I have have already paid the amount, what legal action can I take ?
You can send a legal notice to the website thereby asking them to refund the money and pay compensation. Despite the legal notice if they fail to refund the money, then you can file a case before the consumer forum.
