My consigment has lost in transit by dtdc couriers

Hello Sir I need help regarding one of my consignment which I have dispatched through 28th June 2018. On 4th June we have received the status on site that shipment has been delivered when we ask to consignee he said they didn't receive the product. Then I have raised a complaint in DTDC and asking for proof of delivery but they were unable to provide me the POD. After 4 months follow-ups they finally said your shipment has bee lost in transit. If shipment lost in transit how can they update status on site they product delivered. My consignment value Rs.32 k and we want our money back.

You should send a legal notice immediately to DTDC and warn that if you do not return my consignment cost, I will constrain to file criminal and Consumer complaints against you. Thereafter, you can file a criminal and Consumer case before district consumer court and civil court.
