Lg company not able to repair a microwave as part not available

Hi. I jave a LG microwave which started giving issues 5 months back and at that time a pcb was repaired and after that same problem reoccured and this repeat complaint was opened on 22nd april and 2 weeks back they gave us the microwave saying they cant do anything as part is not available as product is 10 years old and they cant repair. As per them we need to buy a new one which ideally should not have been the case.
We can file a case within the validity period only. But your product is ten years old. If you prove also the result will get 100%. So better to request for repair. Only to send notice to them for repair. If you have any further advice please contact me.
