Is one notarized affidavit sufficient with amendment IA?

A consumer complaint is pending before the District Consumer Commission. I am filing an IA seeking amendment of the complaint along with a consolidated amended complaint. Is it sufficient to file only one notarized affidavit in support of the IA, or is a separate notarized verification affidavit for the amended complaint also required? Is the verification at the end of the amended complaint sufficient, or do Consumer Commissions ordinarily insist on two separate notarized affidavits?
There is no uniform rule requiring two separate notarized affidavits. In many Consumer Commissions, an affidavit supporting the IA along with a duly verified amended complaint is accepted, though local practice may differ.
