How to recover compensation from redbus.com

Booked two tickets using Redbus on KSA Travels, for travel on June 5, 2017 when we went to the boarding place ,Bus was not there. they did not inform us Due to that we have to travel back and expenditure was Rs 1000 for taxi , Next day we have to take bus , salary gone Rs 2000 + booked 2 more tickets Rs 1600 Now Redbus has refunded only for tickets Rs 1350 which we booked with them remaining loss they are saying they cannot give as per the term and condition whether Redbus can go away without giving any compensation if they have any such term and condition in their website ?? whether any section in law there to support me and my loss ??even if they have such terms and condition??

Yes, you can send a legal notice to the RedBus, mentioning the said situation and claiming the losses incurred by you due to the company. If they deny to comply to the same you can approach Consumer Redressal Forum under section 2(1)(g) of the Consumer Protection Act for deficiency in services.
