Fraud activity by Samsung Service center

Authorized Samsung Service center cheated me and may be is doing same for all or maximum people visiting Service center. I Reported to consumer helpline online forums and the got call from Customer service center and conveyed them that I don't trust service center and want the new box pack unit and CS center said after a month that they will only extend service warranty by 6months and on top of it kind of insulted me by responding that even this was valid only dor 7days while my phone was still in service center and they even closed the service request.
you send a legal notice of that service center and demand a a service if he dined it you can file a complaint against him because you are a customer and the authorization of that company providing a useful service any further proceedings u can file contact me in my office
