Company did not provide proper service can i file consumer complaint

This is sanjay from hyderbad.I did one bulk recharge on 21 march at 2.22 PM.That recharge was for quantity of 7 149plan.recharge was successful, even i got receipt from jio.com but instead of 7 I got only one 149 Plan. After that I tried every possible way to complain through customer care,social media, mail and now writing to you. There several complains for the same problem but my problem is not yet solved. It's already been more than 12 days they have just been harashing me.So i have all the proofs of my transaction and recipt. Can i lodge consumer case? and How much compensation i can demand for harashing me.Cause i have all the proofs and i know i will win.

Hello,

Yes. You can file a consumer complaint against the service provider in the District Consumer Forum. First of all, issue a legal notice through a lawyer to the service provider and wait for 15 days for them to resolve the issue. If the issue doesn't get resolved, you can immediately file a complaint in the jurisdictional consumer forum against the service provider.
