Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against this company. I have completed the form halfway; however, I am unable to understand the proforma required for uploading the documents.
Could someone please guide me on how to create the proforma, including the following documents:
Index
Proforma for Filing Consumer Complaint
Synopsis with List of Dates and Events
Memo of Parties
Consumer Complaint with notarised affidavit
Annexures / Supporting documents
Application (IA), if applicable
