Amazon denied replacement or refund of my order what can I do

hello sir, i was place a order from amazon.in, it is ps4 play-station, order date is 14 july 2016. so on 17 july they delivered my product in my office address. i am working in session and district court sikar and on 17 july everybody now all gov. office is closed ( so this is not possible to deliver my product in office ) . now amazon denied give me refund or replacement. so what can i do right now.
