Wrongful punishment due to a false accusation.

My father is a government servant in an "XYZ" department and one person from his department made a false complaint about him saying that person casteist slur. My father did not say it, now the main problem is my father is being transferred to a different location as a sort of punishment for casteism, but in this whole case, no one ever asked my father to clarify his side or tell his side of the story.

U immediately file a transfer petition before high court seeking stay of ur malafide transfer order and also send a detail representation to ur senior authorities and complain about the one sided action taken against him .Contact me for any help.
