Wrong language in L.C of class 12

I want to take admission in kannada minority college.for that my language in L.C should be kannada.i am born in kannada speaking family in solapur.what is the solution

Since you are born into a Kannada-speaking family in Solapur—a region with a strong Kannada presence—you can still qualify under the linguistic minority category through alternate legal documentation.
