workplace harassment by a colleague by making false complaints

I am a state govt employee (Punjab). My Colleague is making false complaints against me from past 2 months to various departments in office. He doesnt participate in department enquiry and has boycotted his duty also. His mother is sending continuously voice messages to me, my colleagues and my seniors and abusing me and want action against me. His mother also send me screenshots of my whatsapp status of my 2 year old baby. Now they both are threatening of suicide also. How can i help myself?

You must take pre-empting actions against them. they have no right to do. you can file both civil and criminal defamation cases against them. you can file complaints and cases for unnecessarily harassing you and involving your kid in all this as well
