Witholding of my original certificates in college.

Good evening Sir/Madam. Good evening.Hope this message finds you well.
Sir/ Madam I have an issue regarding my original certificates. I have completed my under graduation and want to pursue masters but college is demanding me to pay entire reimbursement fee actually that should be paid by Telangana government. And not giving my certificates and shouting on us . I have tried many ways to get them but none helped me. My family is not capable to pay such a huge amount of fee. Please help me sir/Mam
hi if the college is not returning certificates then you coulf send legal notice to them for asking for return of original certificates orelse you could approach court asking for return of original certificates
