Withholding hatchet due to fees disrepencies

I am from NRIMC Guntur studying MBBS first year and my college is withholding my held my hall ticket for first year examination even thought I have paid first year full .They are now asking me to pay full second year fees to receive my hall ticket for first year exams .Please respond quickly because my exams are approaching in a few days.

Colleges cannot legally withhold your hall ticket for first-year exams if you have paid the first-year fee in full. Forcing you to pay second-year fees in advance is arbitrary and can be challenged legally. You may approach the University authorities or file a writ petition in the High Court seeking immediate direction to issue your hall ticket. Please share your fee receipts and college notices with me urgently so I can advise you on filing the proper representation or legal petition before exams.
