Will this affect my UPSC Selection ?

Sir, I got into a motorcycle accident around 2 years ago and the other parties involved sustained some injuries.They filed an FIR and I was charged with Sections 279,337,338. I however not aware about the process did not file any counter FIR and pleaded guilty in court and was convicted in my absence after paying the summons fees.But during selection they ask certian questions like , Have you ever been arrested/kept under detention/prosecuted/bound down/fined by a court of law/convicted ?

Oky I understand your query what’s are your facing through and you have take court bail first from court and then follow all the rules of the law. If your car has been detained by Io then you have file an application for release the said. If you any need help about the same you can call us
