Which Court & Next Steps for Traffic Challan Sept 2019

I got challaned for stop line violation, and my RC was impounded. This was after the new traffic fines got implemented, and I believe all challan are court challans. The challan has no facility to pay online, and the challan doesn't even mention the amount only the 113(1)/177 DMVR. And there's nothing mentioned which date and which court to appear on. How do I get this sorted?! Would i need any representation or something!?
hi as per the contents you have stated yes the challan will be filled in the court and u need alegal representative for the same who can assist the court who will make u pay the minimum amount of fine.u can call me and I can help u for the same
