Where can i appeal against the Order of the Bar Council of Maharashtra

I had filed a complaint for misconduct against an Advocate who was my advocate in 2009 but joined hands with my younger brother who is an accused no: 1 and his brother in-law and became his advocate also . This adv used my sensitive information, against me in cross examination of PW1. It is also on record that no Vakalatnama has been signed by him & between my younger brother but yet he has been filing application since last 17 years. The Council rejected my complaint. where shall i appeal

Well, you can file an Appeal in Bar Council of India, if you are aggrieved with the Order passed by the Bar Council of the concerned State. You have to file this Appeal within a prescribed Limitation Period.
