WhatsApp message sent by mistake to law officer of my organisation

My mistake a WhatsApp message was sent to law officer of my organisation.After that I have apologized several times through WhatsApp, phone and written letter through a colleague of my organisation as she is not talking to me and has blocked me. Now she has filled a written complaint against me within my organisation and I am being forced by her to accept that the message was sent knowingly to her and not inadvertantely.I fear that I am might be framed for much harsh charges if I do so.What 2
