What to do if their is a property dispute and harassment with me

property is in my mothers name I am the girl child of my mother with no brother of my own but my half blooded brother and his wife is not leaving the property and always harras me by abusing,hiting my son,daughter,husband.my father is still alive and never support us and always support his son.how to get land free from them?i want justice and my mothers right
You have to file civil suit and Criminal suit against them and also file Fir against your half blooded brother and his wife in police station for harrasing you . You have legal right on your mother 's property .
