what to do if i want to change my lawyer

I hired an advocate to fight my case.He in turn brought another advocate to fight it.i made payment to both d advocate together.now I want to remove d first advocate,but continue with d second advocate.but d second advocate saying if I dismiss d first advocate he also gets dismissed.is it true.how do I keep d second advocate without keeping d first advocate.

As per your query what to do if you want to change your lawyer. In this situation you can obtain No-objection from your old lawyer. Aa per instructions from your second lawyer he can cauntinue his appearance in your case. There is no issue of discussed appearance of second Advocate.
