Carrying on any judicial proceedings is ones own choice.
You will have to take a call.
Further, you can carry on your business and have the proceedings carried on through a competent counsel.
Legally speaking, since the Order passed by Ld. CAT is in your favour, there is a good probability of you to win your battle.

Since your question itself is quite insufficient in suggesting your problem the answer also won't be much elaborated one. First ambiguity arising out of your question is as to the issue as to what was the fate of Challenge posed by SSC before High Court as you have at one go said that "SSC approached High Court against CAT decision. Meanwhile also appealed in SC" which is hardly able to convey your question. However, it is still to be added that you are not the lone candidate who is/would be effected from the outcome of the decision hence, you can try to approach other similarly situated persons as you are so as to have a regular follow up of the case.
