Respected Sir/ Madam, , Hno. 10-A , Kot Gurmeet Nagar Back Side Sultanwind Road Amritsar. Opposite our resident going to be a Noise Factory . It has residential area . please do not be give permission.
Firstly in residential area without getting NOC no factory can be run and he managed to start a factory which is creating nuisance then you file an application under section 133 CrPc before Sub Division Magistrate.
