What steps can be taken for refund delay on online returns

Hello..I had ordered some clothing from lifestyle stores a month back and as I didn't like the fit I requested to return them..After repeated reminders the products were picked from my place but the refunds are not getting initiated...The customer care keeps postponing my requests by saying that the matter has been sent to higher Authorities..I have been calling and emailing constantly but everything is falling on deaf ears..What do I do??
You can file a consumer complaint before the consumer forum. They have committed deficiency in service by not refunding the amount purchased by you. You just write an email to the company and in case despite receving the mail, they did not return the amount. File consumer case
