What should we do if a person is humiliating and misbehaving

Please suggest how can i complaint against him and where

you can firstly inform him and ask to not do the same again and if it is repeated you can make a video recording of the same and file an FIR online as per new criminal laws. also you can file a defamation suit against him if he is slandering against your reputation
