What legal action can be taken for posting a review about the company

Hi Shubham My name is prabhdeep .. a month ago i wrote a negative review on google about my previous company. But i wrote genuine things that actually happened with me . Now my ex HR sent me regularly warning letters to me to remove that review othervise they can taken a legal action. I want to know about which legal action they can take.
They may file a defamation suit against you and claim damages. It is pertinent to note that defamation suit can be filed only in cases where false allegations are being levelled against any person. However, you are stating that the allegations are true so there is no fit cause of action here. But remember that they may prove in the court of law that your allegations are false if you don't have sufficient evidence to defend yourself.
