What it meaning of 'Decree with no cost'

26-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Dear Sir/Madam, My neighbour plaintiff filed civil suit on property disputes. I presented appropriate proofs as required. The court asked rebuttal evidence from plaintiff on last 3-4 hearings that he was unable to submit. Now court disposed case by saying 'decree with no cost'. What is meaning of it Is it favour or me or plaintiff Thanks and regards Ajay
