Hi your cousin has rights to the property of the adopted parents if it is ancestral property. If in case it is self acquired by the parents of your adopted cousin then the rights shall prevails only after death of the parents in the absence of will. During the Life time of the adopted parents they can relinquish the property through a gift deed if they wish to the adopted child. Legally the girl's father's brother will have no right unless it is transferred to his name by the adopted parents. Let me know for any further clarification or consultation at free.
