What is the procedure to make correction of marks in Writ Petition

I am filed case in Bombay high court in april 2017 against IBPS and banks regarding waiting list in writ our lawyer written my marks incorrect and instead of 49.50 he wrote 49.40 so I want to make correction but he is making excuse on this. So plz tell me how can i force him or what is the procedure to make correction of marks in writ petition. Thanks

From the facts of your case it appears that you have filed a civil writ petition. Hence, the procedure applicable for amendment to pleadings would apply here. So you can move an application under order 6 rule 17 of CPC for amendment to the pleadings and you must do it at the pleadings stage itself.

I have gone through your question its appear that your wanted to add .10 marks in writ petition.your lawyer may be in view that he may cover it during arguments but if you r wanted to correct give simple application for amendment in writ,court will permit u and your Advocate will incorporate it
