What Is The Practical Procedure Of Lok Adalat? How case filed? And which laws applies there?????????
Lok Adalat is to be referred only when you have already filed your case and when the matter is nearing the stage of settlement does the court offer to the parties to go in for a lol adalat which occurs every six months.
parties need to fill up one form and submit it in the court and then on the day of the lol adalat the matter is called out and parties have to be represented through themselves or their advocates.
