What is the procedure of injection eviction of wife from matrimonial home if she is harassing senior citizen in laws house is in the name of husband's father
Due to harassment husband has already left home
Since the house is in your father’s name, he (as the owner) has the right to ask her to leave. The legal basis for eviction includes:
Criminal intimidation & harassment (IPC Sec 506, 504, 509)
Domestic violence against senior citizens (Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007)
