What is the meaning of Nazarat report

Please let me know , if Registered post receipts , Tracking details available on India post site are not sufficient enough to ensure that summons are served . Court insists for NAZARAT report for the same . Can court wait for Nazarat report to come or moves for ex parte decree ?

It is on the discretion of the Learned court if they are satisfied with the post receipts or there is need for nazarat service report. Learned court can pass ex parte without waiting for nazarat service report.
