I HAVE FILLED A WRIT PETITION IN KARNATAKA HIGH COURT IN BANGALORE ON 22/05/18 AND ON 26/06/2018 THERE WAS A PRELIMINARY HEARING. I AM FIGHTING THIS CASE MYSELF ( PARTY IN PERSON ) . THE ORDER WAS --- " ISSUE RULE ". SIR,PLEASE INFORM ME THE LEAGAL MEANING OF THE WORD 'ISSUE RULE'. ALSO INFORM WHETHER MY CASE WAS ADMITTED OR NOT
