What is the format of a advocate notice

Hi,
Today we recieved a advocate notice from my previous employer. In that the address like name, place, residential area are given wrong like spelling mistake in that
Also we couldn't find any seal of an advocate.
No letter pad heading of the specified advocate
The date issues like" as in this date " which is edited we can't read it.
Can we consider as a valid legal notice.
if the date is not mentioned in an advocate notice it's not considered to be a notice. as per the law the Legal notice has some criteria. Date should be mentioned in a notice and also if the address, names are wrong the legal validity of notice is null.
