What is the application format of recall of judgement through IA in supreme court of india and the process of its disposal in civil case.

You will have to file an IA under IA code 154, for the purpose of recalling the courts order. Also, the same will be disposed-off in accordance with the provisions of Civil Procedure Code.

No, You cannot recall the judgment through IA in Supreme Court. This is not the proper procedure to recall a judgment. You have not stated proper and complete facts of the case.Whether you want to challenge or recall judgment of High Court or Supreme Court, it is not clear. Proper advice can be given only by going through the documents.
