What happens if I never receive a notice because my address changed

06-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
A friend told me that if someone wants to sue me, it is easy to avoid it by simply changing my address. He claims that if the person trying to sue me does not have my correct address, the courts will leave it to that person to provide the correct address. If correct address can't be found, then no case can be filed. Is it true? But it means that no one can be sued if they just change their address.

Respected Sir, this not the complete right statement. The person who had put up the case and also can seek criminal action for frequent change of address for which arrest warrant may be issued from the court

If the address is incorrect then the last know address the court send a notice which is being pasted on the wall. and even then the person would not appear then the plantiff files an application for publication under order 5 rule 20 . If the person would not appeal then the suit shall be decided as ex parte. all the best
