What action can i take against the SHO

Hello everyone I filed a complaint against an ASI for closing my complaint upon filing RTIs to know what action has been taken against the ASI,SHO always send false info to threaten me,Now 2 complaints have been filed against me when i asked for the copy in RTI the SHO denied stating inqury pending but as per hon supreme court its my right to get a complaint copy what legal action can i take against this SHO
Hi, Given by the information provided by you, I would suggest that you should file a complaint before the Ld. Judge of your jurisdiction under Section -156(3), whereby you will be mentioning all you facts and circumstances. The judge will accordingly take the cognisance in the matter.
