On the banks of the Kaveri river we have 2 gunte land in which we have well and a water pumpset which we Irregate our farm land but some man has bought the land around our well and put a fenc and not letting us in and use our water supply. What should we do

You can file a suit for declaration and permanent injunction to show the legal interest over the property and also injunction against the tresspassers. once the injunction is availed you can take up a police action.
