Subject to the legal review of the Record of Rights, Title Deeds and other related documents to the concerned property (land & development/ construction); you might have to go for litigations and/or settlements or other alternative remedies.

Your query seems to be practical one and the same can only be properly studied with the help of aerial drawings for the said premises. In case you don't have them, feel free to show up with the maps for the concerned premises from district land records or city survey or municipal authorities, as the case may be. once the maps are clear, we may proceed further with legal remedies available in various laws. it's a definite question of right to passageway to your site. It's not difficult to convince the court if it needs to be taken to the court. however, once we have all info, we can go for non-litigation alternatives as well; such as mediation conciliation etc to quickly resolve it. Feel free to connect for appointment. my details are available with the website and it should be shared with you probably by next 2-3 days. Thanks for reaching out.
