Water pipeline leakage causing still water and production of dengue la

My neighbour's water pipeline is leaking I have told them to fix the problem but they didn't care. Due to the leakage it flows in front of my house and there are also dengue larvae in the still water due to the pipe leakage what should I do

You can make a formal complaint to the Nagar Nigam. Nagar Nigam is very active in such matters keeping in view the high number of dengue cases in the city. If you come to the Court, it is a very long and tedious process and not a very strong case.
