agar apke pas vo will hai jo apke pita ji ke dwara ki gayi ti to ap uss sari property par apna claim suit file kar sakte hai saath hi ap apne uncle ke against 420 ka case bhi file kar sakte hai saath hi unn ke upper ap court ke through murder ki fir bhi file karaye
