Want to make SC certificate but my father migrated from West Bengal .

My father migrated from West Bengal to Uttar Pradesh in search of job in around 1970s. He died in 2006. I want to make SC certificate and my blood relatives also have SC certificate's but they are residents of West Bengal. What should i do now?
