Want to know the fees act of advocated in Hyderabad

Regarding Advocate fee and court fee in civil matter--- 1. I wanted to know how much do i have to pay advocate for 16 Lacs civil case (Money recovery suit) and how much would be the Court fee in this case. The case jurisdiction in City civil court (Serior). Can you please provide relevant act / secotion for reference. 2. When do i have to pay the advocate fee / Court fee?
as per the andhra pradesh advocate act the fees of advocate is 7% when the claim amount increased 1 lakh and the court fee what ever the amount it is 2% over the claim and along with process and other charges you can get the court fee and process charges at the time of decree in the mode of recovery from the otherside basing upon the case and facts

1) Advocate fees varies from Advocate to Advocate. Court fee remain standard. It is better to consult near by lawyer who will help you for recovery your amount. Your prime concern should be to recover your amount. 2) At the time of filing suit some amount remaining later stage.
