you can definitely approach the honorable high court under its jurisdiction and take the directions in the nature of mandamus from the code through which you can showcase the discrepancies in the colony. such as uses of the plot land as the commercial establishment in the residential area. the MCD will be ordered by the court to idhar stop the functioning of the establishment or demolish of the structure.
