Want to apply for caste certificate but dont have caste documents

22-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi Sir/Madam, I Want to apply for caste certificate in mumbai but my father or any other family member does not have a caste certificate in blood relation. Secondly caste column is kept as blank on my school leaving certificate and my annual family income is less than 8 lakhs. I will be falling under OBC category in case my caste certificate can be created. Earlier around 3-4 years back my father tried to get the caste certificate created for my college admission but same failed as Tahsildar was telling that we dont have any proper for caste. Also I checked my Form-16 for last 3 years and in that "Salary as per provisions contained in sec.17(1)" is mentioned as around 7.5lakh but I have few investments due to which taxable-income is around 3lakh and I want to apply for non-creamy OBC certificate. So please suggest documents using which I can apply for non-creamy OBC caste certificate and surely i can get caste certificate.
